Workshop Cancellation Policy

All materials are provided in workshop for each individual.

Cancellation policy:

  • Cancellations at least 3-5 working days before the workshop: 50% charge
  • Last minute cancellation (less than 3 working days): Full workshop fee will be forfeited

All registrations & purchase of floral arrangement workshop are non-refundable. You are allowed to transfer your purchase of floral arrangement to someone who is able to attend on the workshop dat. Please contact directly at florist.d@outlook.com or +65 8127 6383 for any transferrable to update on the change of participant details


Delivery


A) Delivery Time Slots & Charges

Our flowers are delivered in different options each day. You can select your preferred delivery date and time slot during the checkout process. Orders will have to be made by 3pm for next day delivery.

Standard delivery (Mondays to Friday 8AM - 7PM) - Delivery surcharge at SGD 10 per location except for after 7pm delivery
(a) 8am – 7pm
(b) after 7pm – 10pm* - After 7PM Delivery Surcharge at SGD 15

Saturdays, Sundays & Public Holidays - Delivery surcharge at SGD 10 per location
(a) 11am - 5pm

As we would like to maintain the quality and freshness of your floral purchases, Florist D will arrange only on the day of delivery. We seek and appreciate your understanding.

We are unable to deliver to specific restricted areas such as Airport Zone, Changi Cargo and Sea Ports, Jurong Island, Military bases, prisons, shipyards, Pulau Ubin. We do not provide international delivery at this moment.

B) Re-delivery Charges

We engaged a trusted and professional third-party delivery service to ensure orders are taken care of and delivered on time. In order to make it possible, we seek your understanding to ensure information details such as the receipt’s name and address are correct prior to confirm your order. We will not be responsible for any misinformation on delivery details, and we trust that all information entered and submitted are correct during the cart checkout and payment process.

An SGD 20 re-delivery fee is chargeable if the delivery attempt has failed (due to reasons such as wrong address provided, recipient is uncontactable etc) or due to last minute changes in address (changes to be made by 3pm before next day delivery).

C) Change or Update of Delivery Details

In any case, where there is a change or delivery address was entered incorrectly during the checkout process, customer will have to contact us directly (by 3pm before next ay delivery) at florist.d@outlook.com or +65 8127 6383 before the delivery date & time. Else, an SGD 20 re-delivery fee is chargeable if the delivery attempt has failed or due to last minute changes in address.

Once the item has been delivered, we do not do pick-up and delivery again to a new address. An email will be sent to you when the delivery has been completed.

D) Delivery Recipient Not Around

In the event, if the recipient is not around, we will leave it at a secure area (such as receptions for offices, house doorstep, a discreet area at a property, i.e. behind a gate) abiding with the security restrictions of the place. Nonetheless, we would love to hand the flowers to the intended recipient personally, please try to find out if they are available to receive them.

Our couriers will wait a maximum of 15 minutes if the recipient cannot be contacted via the mobile contact provided.

After which, Florist D will inform the buyer via email or phone call, and he/she may choose to pay an additional SGD20 for re-delivery later or opt for self-collection.

NOTE: Due to security restrictions of certain premises, we would require the customer to ensure that building management is notified of deliveries or to inform the recipient to get the necessary approval obtained.

E) Delivery to Office/ Hotels/ Hospitals

We do provide delivery to office buildings, hotels and hospitals. However, all deliveries will be placed at the following:
Office Buildings
At Level one of the office building

Hotels or Service Apartments
At the concierge or reception area

Hospitals
Due to current COVID-19 measures, items will be placed at the hospitals' concierge

Our delivery personnel will drop a call to the recipient to receive the item(s).

Florist D will not be liable for flowers and arrangements once it has been delivered and acknowledged by the recipient or on behalf of the recipient to the designated delivery address. Florist D is in no way obliged to send photos of the finished bouquet to customers, especially during peak periods as we conduct quality checks to ensure bouquets are in good condition before sending them out. However, we will try our best to do so if requested.

Self-collection

Self-collection service is available, and it can be done between the following options:
Mondays to Friday: 12pm to 7pm
Saturday, Sundays & Public Holiday: 11am to 2pm

For customers who opt for self-collection, no delivery charges will be imposed. Florist D will reach out to customers who opt for self-collection to confirm the exact time of item(s) collection.

Cancellation & Refund

Due to the perishable nature of our product and made-to-order works, all items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

Cancellations of orders are not accepted. All orders placed are final upon acceptance of order. For any changes of order, customer is required to contact us directly at florist.d@outlook.com or +65 8127 6383 with 3 days (i.e 72 hours) notice prior to the delivery date.

Changes to Order

Please email us at florist.d@outlook.com with your order number as the subject head for any alterations to your order:

(a) Changes to delivery date
Request must be made 3 days before delivery. We are unable to process changes for orders already prepared.

(b) Changes to delivery address
Changes to be made by 3pm before next day delivery. A SGD 20 re-delivery fee is chargeable if the delivery attempt has failed.

(c) Changes to type of flowers
Changes are not able to be accepted once order is made. 

(d) Changes to generic order (Message card content, Recipient name)
Changes to be made by 3pm before next day delivery. We are unable to process changes for orders already prepared.

 

Replacement of Flowers/ Fillers/ Foliage during COVID-19

In view of the COVID-19 situation, Florist D may have to replace some of the flowers used in the bouquets if it's unavailable due to shipment delays. For any replacement of flowers/ fillers/ foliage, the value of the bouquet will be matched, and we will try our best to craft at a similar colour theme as much as possible. For any major changes that will affect the overall look of the original bouquet, our team will drop you a call. We seek your kind understanding and patience. 

Payment Method

We accept both credit cards (VISA/ MASTER) and debit cards via our online purchases. PayNow & GooglePaySingapore to +65 8127 6383 are also accepted. Should you have any issues with payment enquiries, you can email us at florist.d@outlook.com.
